Application Process |
Below you will learn all about our application process and find all of our required forms. Please read through the steps and let us know if you have any questions. |
| To begin the application process, families must first submit each of the following five (5) documents: |
| • Application for Admission • Student Applicant Questionnaire • Financial Information • Release of Student Transcript Statement • Confidential Teacher Recommendation |
| Once the application is received, a file is created, and the rest of the material is added as we receive it. The application should be submitted as soon as possible. |
